 Dampen the bath sponge in the shower and apply a Shower Gel. We recommend using a Sulfate-Free Shower Gel like our Oriental Shower Gel to cleanse your skin without drying it out. Mix the Soap or Shower Gel well to generate a good amount of foam.  Gently rub the sponge on the skin surface in circular motions, focusing on areas with dirt buildup.  Rinse off the skin and sponge under running water.  Store the clean sponge in a cool, dry area, dry it in the sun and replace it regularly for optimal hygiene.
